Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct outbound calls to potential leads professionally and engagingly.
 Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
 Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and accurately document relevant
 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive follow-up
and nurturing.
 Achieve and exceed performance targets for call volume, lead qualification,
and sales closure.
 Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through
ongoing training and development.


 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to
engage people over the phone.
 6 months to 2 Years experience.

 Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and overcome
 Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
 Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
 Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
 Prior experience in the Banking industry is a plus.
